When you think about Brazilian food, probably the first thought is the "steak". Indeed beef here is great. However, the Brazilian cuisine is much more complex and rich. As a Continental Country, each State has its particularities. Anyway, Minas Gerais may have the best food in Brazil. At the Hotel Fazenda Igarapés you will find the authentic dishes from the region, prepared with very fresh ingredients, usually from the own "Fazenda".
